Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


General Return Guidelines

  • Most items can be returned within 20 days in new, unused, and resalable condition.

  • Cigars must be returned with all original packaging, including cellophane, bundles, boxes, and humidification bags.

  • Smoked, cut, lit, or partially consumed cigars cannot be returned, please do not include them in your return.

  • For partial box returns, refunds may be prorated based on the number of cigars returned.

  • Xikar products must be returned directly to Xikar. Please click the link for Xikar's warranty information: https://xikar.com/pages/xi-warranty.
  • Any promotional items included with your purchase must be returned in order to receive a full refund.

 Items NOT Eligible for Return

  • Samplers

  • Single cigars

  • Clearance, closeout, or final-sale items

  • Promotional or bonus items

  • Used accessories or consumable items

Exceptions may be made if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.


 How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact customer care at CustomerCare@TCCigar.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RA).
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error by www.TCCigar.com. We provide a prepaid shipping label for this purpose.

Please package returns securely. Damage caused by poor packaging may impact refund eligibility.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the return has been received and inspected.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

  • Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee (typically for non-defective items).

  • Refund processing time may take 3–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges

Want to swap your item instead of refunding it? No problem.

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition.

  • For preference-based exchanges, the customer covers return shipping.

  • If we made an error, we’ll cover the cost of sending the replacement.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If something is damaged, incorrect, or defective:

  • Please include photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

  • Depending on the situation, we may replace the item, provide a return label, or issue a refund.
